Hi, I'm Miranda.

I never thought I would become a photographer, but it's become one of the biggest blessings in my life.

 When I first started out, because I didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing, I had a terrible (yet reasonable) fear of becoming another one of “those” people who just bought a digital camera, took some less-than-mediocre photos, started a Facebook page for their business, and labeled themselves a photographer. SO, instead of starting a business right off the bat, I began cultivating my craft doing shoots for just family and friends, never leaving the house without my camera. Over time, people began noticing my work and asking if they could hire me for shoots. Now here I am, running my own business. It feels like a dream come true!

Words can’t express how blessed I feel for having the chance to do something I love for a living. I know dreams like this don’t come to fruition all the time, and it’s something I will never stop being grateful for.

One of my very favorite things is getting to tell stories and capture raw emotion through photographs. It’s been such a fun journey getting to know so many amazing people and having the opportunity to capture the essence of who they are through photography.
